Is my data really private?+
Completely. We never sell your data. We use HIPAA-compliant encryption. You control who sees what and can delete everything anytime.
Can I work with my current provider?+
Absolutely. Invite any provider into your RootedIQ profile — they see your complete health history in one organized view.
How long does provider implementation take?+
Initial setup is about 30 minutes with an onboarding specialist. Most providers see value within their first 2–3 patient visits.
Is there a provider trial period?+
Yes. We offer a 14-day free trial so you can try RootedIQ with real patients before committing.
What kind of data can researchers access?+
De-identified, longitudinal health data across labs, symptoms, wearables, genetics, and lifestyle — with explicit user consent.
Do you ever sell data?+
Never. Our revenue comes from consumer subscriptions and provider SaaS — not data sales. This is core to who we are.
Can I delete my account and data?+
Yes. Anytime. All your data will be permanently removed from our systems.
